ph556 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ph556 platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses ph556 content in any form. ph556 is operated for the Philippine market and is governed accordingly.

Each person may hold only one ph556 account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses held within them.

We accept deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. ph556 does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed in your account dashboard.

• All funds deposited to ph556 must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account flagged for review.

• ph556 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay typically complete within one banking day. ph556 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Deposits made using bonus offers or promotional codes must comply with the applicable bonus terms before the deposited funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

All bets placed on ph556 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, market, and game type involved, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific sport rules and these general Terms, the specific sport rules take precedence.

• A bet is confirmed only when ph556 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed during system downtime, network interruptions, or under erroneous odds may be voided by ph556 at our discretion.
• ph556 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including bets that appear to take advantage of pricing errors, technical glitches, or irregular market conditions.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, ph556's specific sport rules will determine whether bets are voided or settled on available outcomes. In most cases, bets are voided and stakes returned when an event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has been completed.
• Live (in-play) betting markets at ph556 are subject to delays in updating and may be suspended at any time without notice. ph556 is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on delayed or temporarily unavailable live market data.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your ph556 account balance immediately after settlement. Stakes plus winnings are returned for winning bets; the stake is forfeited for losing bets.
• ph556 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated limits may be reduced by ph556 prior to acceptance.

ph556 offers various promotional bonuses to its members — including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your ph556 account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are not the same as real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn as real money.

• Bonus funds and wagering requirement progress expire if not completed within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph556 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access account features, or interact with ph556 platforms
• Match fixing, collusion, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games at ph556
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities — ph556 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain on ph556
• Sharing or selling your ph556 account credentials to another person, or accessing another person's account without their consent
• Systematic arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit risk-free profit opportunities at ph556 in bad faith
• Using ph556 for commercial purposes — including but not limited to running a betting syndicate, agency betting, or any form of business activity
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ph556 staff or other platform users in any communication channel

All content on the ph556 platform — including but not limited to the ph556 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, odds, and game content — is the intellectual property of ph556 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from any ph556 content without express written permission. You may not use the ph556 name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose or in any way that implies association with or endorsement by ph556 without prior written authorisation.

ph556 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering with ph556, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• ph556 collects personal information such as your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment details for the purpose of providing platform services, complying with legal obligations, and improving the ph556 experience.
• ph556 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• ph556 may share your data with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services) to the extent necessary to deliver platform services.

ph556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing, ph556 may freeze the account and withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the entire account balance may be forfeited.
• ph556 will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a suspension and the reason for it, except where providing notice would compromise an ongoing investigation or is not required by applicable law.
• If ph556 closes your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification.
• ph556's decision on account matters, including suspension and closure, is final subject to any applicable legal rights you may have under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph556's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph556 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph556 will notify registered members via account notifications and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph556 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, your only recourse is to close your ph556 account. ph556 encourages all members to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
